Mindful Yoga Sessions for Tweens and Teens

Join us for a 6-week mindful yoga program presented by Graziana Zito of Eighth Sense Wellness! Designed to soothe both body and mind, the 60-minute mindful yoga classes offer young adults in middle and high school the perfect blend of relaxation and mindfulness. The program is for children ages 10-16 years old and embraces neurodiversity and inclusion. The program fee is $300.
What to Expect: Led by Graziana Zito, the 6-week mindful yoga program caters to all skill levels and incorporates skill building and socialization for young adults. Each class focuses on gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace. These classes offer a perfect balance of social skill usage, tranquility and a break from stress.
What to Bring: Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, as is a water bottle to stay hydrated!
